Enterprise SLA

Service Level AgreementLast updated August 3, 2026

StackShift targets 99.95% monthly availability for eligible Enterprise core hosting services. This is a public StackShift service policy; it does not claim that a signed contract, legal entity, or governing law has been supplied here.

Availability is reviewed from StackShift platform records and published incident records, not inferred from customer-provided monitoring.

1

Covered services

  • Enterprise plans only, while the paid Enterprise subscription is active for the measurement period.
  • StackShift-managed control-plane dashboard/API, application and stack hosting, and managed databases.
  • Service labels are measured independently as control_plane, managed_hosting, and managed_database.
  • Domains, mail, assets, mobile distribution, compute/VPS, BYOCloud, customer-managed nodes, and customer code/configuration are excluded.
2

Measurement

  • StackShift reviews control-plane, deployment, runtime, and managed-database operation records together with published incident timelines.
  • Operational status is operator-reported. Synthetic projects and recurring probe deployments are not used to change public component status.
  • Measurements use UTC calendar months. Availability-band decisions use the unrounded result.
  • Missing or inconsistent evidence does not count as uptime or downtime; it blocks credit calculation until the record is reconciled.
3

Excluded events

  • Planned maintenance announced and recorded at least 24 hours before the UTC maintenance window.
  • Emergencies, force majeure, third-party/provider failures, and events outside StackShift control.
  • Customer code, configuration, credentials, traffic, BYOCloud/customer-managed infrastructure, and abuse, policy, billing, or security suspensions.
4

Service credits

  • 99.00% to below 99.95%: 10% of the affected eligible recurring charge.
  • 95.00% to below 99.00%: 25% of the affected eligible recurring charge.
  • Below 95.00%: 50% of the affected eligible recurring charge.
  • The maximum credit is 50% of the affected eligible recurring charge.
  • The charge basis is the paid Enterprise recurring charge for the affected service. Annual charges are prorated over 12 months; usage, one-time charges, taxes, and unrelated services are excluded.
5

Claims and application

  • Email support@stackshift.cloud within 30 days after the measurement month and include the account, period, and affected service.
  • Approved credits are account credits applied to a future eligible invoice in the matching currency.
  • Credits do not expire while the account remains eligible, have no cash value, and are the exclusive remedy under this SLA.
  • There is no support-response-time commitment under this SLA; support is best effort.
